Since her August 2015 arrest for allegedly making a false call to the Florida Abuse Hotline - VolusiaExposed.Com has published numerous articles espousing our defense of Dana Delaney Loyd. (See bottom of page for links to articles)

Loyd's publication - was instrumental in exposing corruption within several Brevard County law enforcement departments - to include incidents of sexual misconduct by police officers - .

In December 2013 - VolusiaExposed.Com posted for her efforts of exposing corruption within local law enforcement.

In April 2015 - Loyd made a call to the Florida Abuse Hotline alleging that a local father was sexually engaging his pre-teen daughter. Similar concerns regarding the father had been lodged by others - to include professionals, within the scope of their profession - and the child's mother.

Due to Brevard County officials failure to properly investigate these allegations against the father - VolusiaExposed.Com has been unable to develop an opinion regarding the veracity of the allegations.

The Goal Is To Turn Off The Tap

It's our (VolusiaExposed.Com) thesis - that Brevard County officials (DCF, State Attorney, Court, Brevard Sheriff's Office) have criminally colluded to cover-up their failure to properly investigate these allegations against the father. That Loyd's journalistic investigation into this situation - caused her to become a direct threat to the Brevard status quo.

Currently, VolusiaExposed.Com is investigating whether a Brevard County sheriff investigator falsified his investigative report - and whether this falsification is part of the driving force - supporting the on-going cover-up by the Brevard status quo. We will let you know what we discover in a follow-up article.

In defense of our thesis - we make available for your review - the below listed expose of articles - with all of the supportive documentation or video evidence incorporated within those articles.

During a June 29, 2017 re-sentencing hearing (see above right) - watch & listen to Judge Robin Lemonidis fixate on "turning off the information tap" and gaining assurances that Loyd's investigative files / records had been destroyed. Why is that? Well - maybe it's because many of those files are about Judge Lemonidis? Yes - Judge Lemonidis - in our opinion - has some major conflicts of interest attached to the Loyd prosecution. While Judge Lemonidis - during the June 29th hearing - voiced her desire to "turn off the tap" of (dis) information" in the Loyd case - her actions only went to insure that the information spigot would be cranked wide open. An example of this can be found within Judge Lemonidis' . When asked by Judge Lemonidis, Assistant State Attorney Sean Sendra recommended that Loyd be merely sentenced to probation with adjudication of guilt being withheld. Such a sentence made sense - since shortly before the start of Loyd's trial - Jessica Combee of Westville, Florida had been sentenced to a mere two years of community control for making twenty-eight (28) confirmed false reports to the same Florida Abuse Hotline.

Had Loyd been sentenced to a non incarceration sanction - with adjudication being withheld - we seriously doubt that Loyd would have filed an appeal with the 5th District Court of Appeal - thereby avoiding us (VolusiaExposed.Com) questioning whether attached to Loyd's criminal appeal.

If Judge Lemonidis would have followed ASA Sendra's sentencing recommendations - she could have also avoided our - whereas we questioned whether Judge Lemonidis' sentence was in fact an illegal sentence. Which led to the - whereas Judge Lemonidis had to modify much of Loyd's illegal sentence - in order to get the sentence in compliance with both Florida State law and the U.S. Constitution.

Judge Lemonidis is an experienced attorney. Her legal education and work experience should have given her the tools necessary to avoid those numerous errors in Loyd's sentencing. So why did Judge Lemonidis make so many mistakes? We opine that the foundation to her mistakes are within her judicial conflicts of interest.

Is it her conflict of interest - connected to her association with the child's father's (the victim of Loyd's alleged crime) law firm? Or is it the conflict of interest we discussed in our - regarding her connections with the National Child Abuse Defense & Resource Center (NCADRC). Or maybe - its one of the other apparent conflicts of interest mentioned in our below articles?

Then again - maybe Judge Lemonidis' judicial conflicts of interest are the articles themselves. Several of our below articles are highly critical of Judge Lemonidis - and many of our articles were re-published within Loyd's publication. Maybe - Loyd's arrest, prosecution and sentencing has more to do with these critical articles - then it has to do with one phone call to the Abuse Hotline - - which was never PROPERLY investigated.

Does this help to explain the difference in the Loyd and Combee sentences? Was Combee sentenced for her twenty-eight (28) confirmed false reports to the Abuse Hotline - and Loyd retaliated against (aka - sentenced) for her critical web articles**?

To us - Judge Lemonidis' sentence appears to be very self-serving. Lemonidis appears to be sentencing Loyd in a manner to insure that negative articles about herself are removed from the Internet - and to insure that Loyd is not able to post any critical articles - for at least the year she will spend in jail.
