DANA DELANEY LOYD
Mother, Wife, Child Advocate, Investigative Reporter - Railroaded & Falsely Convicted Felon

Since the August 2015 arrest of Brevard child advocate Dana Delaney Loyd by the Brevard County Sheriff's Office (BSCO) - VolusiaExposed.Com has published nearly thirty (30) articles in the defense of Loyd's innocence. Sadly each of our articles are also indictments of the BCSO, the State Attorney's Office, the Department of Children and Families, and the Brevard Court system itself.

In addition to being a child advocate - Loyd ran a media website (BrevardsBestNews.Com) in which she exposed some of the corruption that exists within the Brevard County criminal justice system. (Loyd has to shut down her website due to her criminal sentence / conviction)

We invite you to read our earlier articles in which we explore some of Loyd's past sucesses - to include exposing police officers that were engaging in inappropriate sexual relationships, some involving children.

One can imagine that Loyd's efforts while exposing police corruption did NOT make her a fan of many within the Brevard County criminal justice communities.

As detailed in our May 15, 2017 article - BCSO Deputy Jason Brimm probably best expressed the law enforcement community's frustration with Loyd. Shortly after Loyd's railroaded criminal trial and conviction - Deputy Brimm published a post on the BCSO's official Facebook page stating - "Aww, such a shame for the "Chief Editor" to a website dedicated to essentially slandering the Brevard County Sheriffs Department and neighboring cities and municipal agencies. This woman did nothing for years besides bringing a bad name for herself and her family and disrespecting dozens of others. Good riddance to this disgrace of a "journalist", hope you enjoy whatever sentence you get, you coward." ----------------->

Loyd was released from jail in early December 2017 - and prior to the end of that month - the Court opened a violation of probation (VOP) case against Loyd. Apparently Loyd was not quick enough in removing her Internet foot print regarding her alleged victim (the father - explained later in this article). This VOP charge is currently being processed through the Brevard court system.

Corruption Within The BCSO

Deputy Brimm had good reason to be upset with Loyd - afterall - according to a then recent BCSO internal affairs investigation he had just lost his sergeant stripes for failing to report that another deputy was having sex with a female jail inmate.

After all - the boys (police) just wanted to have some fun - blow off some steam - steal some drugs from the police evidence room, drink more than their fair share of alcoholic beverages - and have some wild sex with some young girls - the younger - the better (Some of the highlights of Loyd's articles). Dana Delaney Loyd - with her articles - was being an impediment to their fun - and the "boys" decided to take her out. (OUR OPINION) (Do you need particulars to these incidents? - then read our earlier articles - see link to right of this page -->)

Some Background Regarding Police Corruption

OPINION - Corrupt police departments usually have a high level of domestic violence and substance abuse problems. If you have any doubts that the Brevard County Sheriff's Office has a substance abuse problem running rampant through their ranks - maybe this recent news article regarding the recent arrest of three Brevard County deputies in separate incidents of DUI with property damage will change your mind.

Also you may wish to read our March 9, 2018 article regarding Brevard County Deputy Nick Worthy's arrested for child neglect and domestic violence issues. In 2016 - Deputy Worthy was the Florida Sheriff's Association's Deputy of the Year.

While Brevard law enforcement and Court officials will state that Loyd was arrested in August 2015 for an April 2015 alleged false call to the Florida Abuse Hotline - we would suggest that the reason she was arrested was more in line with what Deputy Brimm posted on the BCSO Facebook account.

In April 2015 - Loyd developed some serious concerns that a local (Brevard) pre-teen girl was being sexually approached by her father.

The father and mother had divorced many years prior - and were engaging in litigation regarding the child's welfare and custody.

Loyd had concerns that the mother's allegations were not being properly investigated by local Brevard County authorities, with particular attention given to the BCSO. Allegedly the girl had reported these concerns to her mother upon returning from a visit with her father.

Similar allegations had been investigated by out of state law enforcement agencies - that tended to support the allegations against the father*.

Further, evidence existed that supported that the father was (is) friends with the lead BCSO investigator assigned to investigate the local allegations against the father.

There also were some concerns regarding a statement made by a local judge assigned to the case - in which the judge stated a tolerance for pedophilia.

All of the above allegations / concerns are covered in more detail within our earlier articles.

A good place to find most of these details is within our May 15, 2017 article.

* Volusiaexposed.Com has no opinion regarding the veracity of the allegations against the father. We do have the belief that local law enforcement officials failed to properly investigate these allegations. However, the Court within their attached Order (see below right of this page) have issued a finding concluding that the father have not sexually engaged his daughter. VolusiaExposed.Com have concerns that this particular Court finding is based on the "investigation" conducted by the BCSO investigator that is a friend of the subject father. We also have concerns that this judicial finding is connected to why the Court colluded to deny Loyd a fair trial - see below.

Judge Lemonidis' Conflict Of Interest
Judge Lemonidis' Eventual Recusal

Since shortly after Loyd's August 2015 arrest, VolusiaExposed.Com started expressing our concerns that Circuit Court Judge Robin Lemonidis had some conflicts of interest that should have precluded her assignment to the Loyd prosecution.

While our numerous past articles cover Judge Lemonidis' judicial conflicts of interest - we invite you to review our March 26, 2018 article in which we alleged collusion between Judge Lemonidis and Loyd's defense attorneys in denying Loyd her constitutional due process. Our collusion theory is supported by the trial transcripts - these transcripts are available for your review.

Within three days of the publication of our March 26, 2018 article - Judge Lemonidis recused herself from the Loyd case - without providing a particular explanation for her recusal.

Floating In A Sea Of Conflicts
Does Judge Morgan Reinman Also Have A Conflict Of Interest In The Loyd Case?

According to an April 27, 2018 Court order - Judge Morgan Reinman is the newly assigned judge in the Loyd case.

Problem is that during the Loyd criminal prosecution (2015-2017) Judge Reinman was the assigned judge in the child custody case involving Loyd's alleged victim (father).

Now here is where it gets very interesting. In a January 2016 Court order - Judge Reinman mentions that the "court has made prior detailed findings that the former husband (father) did not engage in sexual contact with the minor child" -->.

We hope you caught how the Court worded it's findings regarding the allegations against the father. In short the Court did not rule that the evidence against the father was not significant enough to support the allegations - but rather the Court has made a judicial declaration that the father is innocent of the allegations.

This judicial position is of course 180 degrees different than Dana Loyd's report to the Florida Abuse Hotline. Loyd's allegations against the father - whether connected to her call to the Florida Abuse Hotline, or as published in her web publication - directly challenged the Court's findings.

Could it be just this simple - that the Court (Florida's 18th Judicial Circuit) - regardless of the judge - Lemonidis, Reinman, or fill in the blank - sees Loyd's challenge to be contemptuous towards the Court? Is this part of the rationale for Loyd's arrest, prosecution, and her sham trial? We think it is - what say you?

It is of further significance to VolusiaExposed.Com that Judge Reinman's court order memorializes by name - that Dana Loyd has caused these unfounded allegations against the father to resurface (see yellow highlighted area of court order).

We submit our OPINION that the Brevard County criminal justice system targeted Loyd over her efforts of exposing corruption within that justice system. We further hold the belief that several members of the Brevard County justice system have biases against Loyd that preclude their attachment to the Loyd case. These individuals include, but are not limited to, Judge Robin Lemonidis, Judge Morgan Reinman, and any other judge that was (is) assigned to the subject child custody case involving Loyd's alleged victim.

Rumor has it - that the Brevard County Court is working very hard to approve the reassignment of this particular child custody case to the State Of Georgia. Do you think that just maybe - they (Brevard Court) realize that they have a long on-going conflict of interest - whereas their victim is Dana Delaney Loyd? Expect more on this as the situation develops.

Judge Reinman is only the latest addition of this botched and corrupt prosecution - as covered in our earlier articles - the list of conflicted players includes, but is not limited to, Judge Lemonidis, Sheriff Wayne Ivey, the public defender's office, any other judges attached to the subject child custody case, and we suspect - the Office of Conflict Counsel. (Wish to known more? Read our earlier articles)

QUESTION: How does Dana Loyd get a fair and impartial trial or hearing in Brevard County with all these conflicts of interest?

Loyd's next court date has been delayed until July 2018.
