IN THE CONTINUING DEFENSE OF DANA DELANEY LOYD
REPORTER, CHILD ADVOCATE, MOTHER

DID A PROBATION OFFICER FILE A FRAUDULENT VIOLATION OF
PROBATION AFFIDAVIT AGAINST MRS. LOYD?

DID JUDGE ROBIN LEMONIDIS ORDER THE FILING OF THE FALSE VOP AFFIDAVIT?

"It is the spirit and not the form of law that keeps justice alive." - Earl Warren

Recently, this publication became aware, that a local probation officer (PO) gave a deposition regarding a pending violation of probation (VOP) hearing within the Dana Loyd matter.

During the deposition, the PO stated that she did not personally confirm the alleged probation violation, and that she did not support that the defendant, Dana Delaney Loyd, actually violated her probation. Yeah, read that again, and then review the depo transcripts. (see excerpts of PO Margo Sloan's deposition - in scroll box --->)

So why did PO Sloan file her December 2017 sworn probation violation affidavit against Loyd? Well, according to PO Sloan, she filled the VOP affidavit, because Judge Robin "Railroad" Lemonidis, or someone from her (Lemonidis) office ordered her to do so.

Judge Lemonidis is currently facing disciplinary action from the Florida Supreme Court regarding some unrelated judicial misconduct. This publication suspects that Lemonidis' exparte communication and instructions to Loyd's probation officer will cause additional allegations of judicial misconduct being filed against her.

This publication is of the OPINION that PO Sloan's testimony during the deposition confirms our long standing belief that the entire criminal prosecution of Mrs. Loyd is nothing but a farce, and a slap in the face to U.S. Constitutional principles.

It further firms up our argument that the Brevard criminal justice system's frame up against Mrs. Loyd was orchestrated in order to silence a media critic, that was busy exposing the system's rather high tolerance for pedophilia.

NORTH CAROLINA ABUSE INVESTIGATION

We invite you, our readers, to review our earlier articles, in order to gain a full appreciation of just how dishonest, the 18th Judicial Circuit has become.

In 2015, Loyd was the chief editor of the web publication, BrevardsBestNews.Com. Loyd's advocacy for children, apparently clashed with some members of the local Brevard County criminal justice system, due to her publication exposing sexually abusive and pedophilic activities within the ranks of local law enforcement.

In August 2015, the Brevard County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) arrested Loyd under the charge of making a false call to the Florida Abuse Hotline. Loyd called the hotline to report her concerns, regarding a twelve year old girl she believed was being abused by her father.

The child's father and mother were divorced, with the mother living in North Carolina, and the father residing in Brevard County, Florida.

Loyd had become aware that the child's mother, in 2010, reported to North Carolina officials, that the child revealed to her that her father had sexually abused her during a scheduled visitation to Florida. While this publication offers NO OPINION regarding the veracity of the allegations against the father, a North Carolina sheriff's office investigation, tends to support the validity of the child's claims (see upper right of page - scroll box).

Records indicate that North Carolina Sheriff Investigator John Whitfield filed an arrest affidavit for the arrest of the father. North Carolina officials were unable to arrest the father, for lack of jurisdiction, due to all of the alleged abuse transpiring within Brevard County, Florida.

Local officials (Brevard County Sheriff's Office) conducted a minimum of three (3) investigations into the child's claims, but in our OPINION these "investigations" were severely lacking.

Apparently, Loyd also felt, that Brevard County officials had not, and were not, properly investigating the mother's concerns regarding the welfare of the child. By 2015, the mother's visitation with the child had been restricted by the Court, contingent on the mother's recanting that the child had reported the sexual abuse, to her (mother), and the North Carolina sheriff investigator. To this date, the mother refuses to recant the abuse report, and with the blessing of the Brevard County Court, mom has not seen her child in nearly three years.

In fact, currently, the mother apparently has an arrest pickup order, signed by Brevard Circuit Judge Robert Segal, connected to a certain degree, due to her refusal to abide by the Court's instructions to recant the abuse report against her former spouse.

Within our earlier articles, this publication argues our position, that the BCSO failed to properly investigate the 2009-2010 child sex abuse allegations. Instead, the Brevard County Court focused it's efforts in silencing the mother, and eventually, in 2015, re-focused their efforts in silencing Loyd. By August 2015, Investigative Reporter, Dana Loyd was asking too many embarassing questions regarding police officer's abusive or pedophilic behaviors. Coupling this, with her (Loyd) interest into the mother's allegations, she (Loyd) too had to be silenced.

The public is welcome to attend Loyd's pending November 12, 2019 @ 1:30PM hearing within Judge Charles Crawford's courtroom in Viera, Florida.

Mom has a pending hearing within Judge Robert Segal's courtroom on December 12, 2019.

Should there be any doubt, that the entire Brevard County Justice System (BCSO, State Attorney, Court) would conspire to cover-up the alleged sex abuse of a child? We would invite you to review a recent Florida Today article, which in our OPINION, questions whether the Brevard County Criminal Justice system conspired to cover-up the facts surrounding the in-custody death of U.S. combat veteran, Gregory Edwards.

At the end of the day, it comes down to this.... if a group of law enforcement agencies, is more than willing to "cover-up" an apparent homicide (read FT article for details), could this same group of agencies, be counted on to properly investigate allegations of pedophilia?

And there you have it, for now .....standby to standby...there is surely more to come of this.....
