November 15,2019 FROM August 3, 2019 |
UPDATE - November 15, 2019 Florida Supreme Court Accepts JQC Disciplinary Recommendations Per a recently filing within the Florida Supreme Court, the Court has accepted the Judicial Qualifications Commission's recommendation that Judge Robin "Railroad" Lemonidis receive a public reprimand in front of the Florida Supreme Court. In addition to her public reprimand, Judge Lemonidis must continue to participate in "stress management counseling". The Court has yet to schedule the public reprimand. This publication anticipates attending the reprimand in Tallahassee, Florida. We would like to suggest, that Judge Lemonidis could reduce her stress, by not running for re-election in 2020. Afterall, running a campaign is very stressful. A Long Time Coming As was outlined within an August 2, 2019 FloridaPolitics.Com article, Brevard's Circuit Judge Robin Lemonidis faces disciplinary action by the Florida Supreme Court. The Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) has recommended that Judge Lemonidis receive a "public reprimand" for her misconduct. The Florida Supreme Court can either accept or reject the JQC's recommendation -->. No Surprise The above, came as no real surprise to many that follow her rogue antics, least of all this publication. We have been covering and observing Judge Lemonidis' judicial antics for nearly four years. Our coverage of Judge Robin "Railroad" Lemonidis started shortly after the August 2015 arrest of child advocate & investigative reporter, Dana Delaney Loyd by the Brevard County Sheriff's Office. Loyd was arrested and prosecuted under the charge of making a false call to the Florida Abuse Hotline. This publication has published over (30) thirty articles in which we expose how Loyd's arrest was actually facilitated to cover-up the 18th Judicial Circuit's rather high, and documented tolerance level for pedophilia (OUR OPINION - read our articles for supportive arguments and documentation) A Snapshot From our vantage point, and in our OPINION - Judge Robin "Railroad" Lemonidis is without any doubt a "rogue judge". We have articulated such within our (30) thirty plus articles. If you desire to review a quick snapshot of our concerns regarding Judge Lemonidis - then we suggest, that you take the time to read two of our most recent articles. (click below web links) April 29, 2019 Article VolusiaExposed.Com's July 8, 2019 Article Intemperate Conduct According to the JQC recommendation, Judge Lemonidis exercised "intemperate conduct" within two Brevard County criminal prosecutions (State v. Skyler Francis & State v. Anthony Welch) As is outlined within our April 29, 2019 & our July 8, 2019 articles this publication forwards the OPINION that Judge Lemonidis exhibited similar intemperate conduct within the Loyd trial, as well as other criminal cases not mentioned within the JQC report. OPEN LETTER TO JQC In late 2018, the Skyler Francis prosecution came to the attention of VolusiaExposed.Com. (mentioned in the JQC Report). Upon our review of the Francis matter, this publication developed additional concerns regarding Judge Lemonidis' judicial temperment. On December 21, 2018, we published an article detailing our concerns regarding Judge Lemonidis and the Francis prosecution. Within that article, we incorporated our December 20, 2018 Open Letter to the JQC. |

Within our January 7, 2019 article, we expressed additional concerns regarding Judge Lemonidis and the Francis case.
More Than Two Cases More Than A Public Reprimand It is obvious to this publication that Judge Lemonidis' "intemperate conduct" affected more than two criminal prosecutions. Lemonidis' tyrannical behaviors has embedded chaos within the local criminal justice system, causing a high level of frustration for other jurists, attorneys, probation officers, and other members of the criminal justice community. In our OPINION, the damage Judge Lemonidis has delivered to the local justice system calls for much more than a mere public reprimand. And there you have it FOR NOW ... stand by to stand by ... there is surely more to come of this.... We look forward to your comments on this situation. Drop us a line to let us know what you think.
