Judicial Misconduct Alleged Against Circuit Judge Robin Lemonidis Did Criminal Defendant Skyler Francis Receive A Fair & Impartial Trial? |
December 21, 2018 |
This publication has received information in the form of a criminal court motion which contains serious allegations of judicial misconduct against Brevard Circuit Court Judge Robin Lemonidis. This court motion was filed within the criminal prosecution of the State Of Florida v. Skyler Francis (05-2016-CF-012745-AXXX). The motion was filed by criminal defense attorney George Ollinger - in which Mr. Ollinger is requesting a new trial for his client, Skyler Francis, 25 - due to Francis' trial being biased by Judge Lemonidis' alleged judicial misconduct. This publication did not attend Francis' four (4) day trial (October-November 2018). However, this publication is very much aware of Judge Lemonidis' past history of judicial high jinx. We are of the OPINION - that we have witnessed several similar incidents of judicial misconduct by Judge Lemonidis - much of this during our coverage of the Dana Delaney Loyd prosecution. Within our March 26, 2018 article - we alleged that Judge Lemonidis had colluded with the Loyd defense team, in order to deny Loyd a fair and impartial trial. Within seventy-two (72) hours of the publication of this article - Judge Lemonidis - without providing any rationale - self recused herself from the Loyd case. Based on our past experiences with Judge Lemonidis and Mr. Ollinger's serious allegations - we drafted and sent the below listed OPEN LETTER to the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission for their review. While this publication is not arguing the factual innocence of Mr. Francis - we are arguing that there is VERY STRONG evidence that Mr. Francis DID NOT receive a fair and impartial trial. In this country all criminal defendants are considered to be innocent - until proven guilty in a court of law. Let there be no doubt - what transpires in Judge Lemonidis' courtroom could not pass as a court of law in most any place on this planet (OUR OPINION). |
According to a January 2016 arrest report - Francis was initially arrested and charged with two counts of murder. The Brevard County Sheriff's Office had initially alleged that Francis had murdered two of their deputies. Deputies responded to the Francis home due to a report of an alleged on-going domestic dispute. According to the arrest report, responding deputies feared for the safety of the alleged victim of domestic violence - causing them to pull down the security fence and entering the Francis property. |

Shortly thererafter - the deputies and Mr. Francis engaged in some type of physical confrontation.
What exactly transpired during that physical confrontation is a subject of contention between the two parties (BCSO & Francis). In short, Mr. Francis contends that the deputies embellished upon his actual participation within this brawl. It's hard to ignore Mr. Francis' allegation of BCSO embellishment - especially given that the Brevard County Sheriff's Office initially charged Francis with two counts of murder - while both deputies obviously survived their injuries. Earlier this month (December 2018) - Francis was sentenced by Circuit Judge Robin Lemonidis to fifteen (15) years in prison. ....so stand by to stand by ...there is surely more to come of this....... |
