Since Dana Delaney Loyd's August 2015 arrest by the Brevard County Sheriff's Office (BCSO), this publication has posted over forty (40) article in her defense. Loyd, a mother, a spouse, a child advocate, and the owner and operator of the media site BrevardsBestNews.Com, was arrested by the BCSO for allegedly making a false call to the Florida Abuse hotline. In March 2017, Loyd was convicted after a three (3) day kangaroo trial, with Judge Robin "Railroad" Lemonidis presiding. Loyd spent eight (8) months in jail, followed by sixteen months on house arrest. Loyd is currently still on probation. In December 2017, while being fresh out of jail, the probation office filed a violation of probation against Mrs. Loyd. Loyd recently resolved that probation violation in her favor, once it was discovered that the probation office did not truthfully conclude that Loyd had violated her probation - but rather, the probation office violated her, solely on Judge "Railroad" Lemonidis' instructions to do so. This publication sees the above, as well as several other acts of judicial high jinx transpiring during Loyd's trial, to be blatant acts of judicial misconduct. Judge Lemonidis has a pending February 5, 2020 verbal reprimand scheduled in front of the Florida Supreme Court for similar acts of judicial misconduct, within other non-related matters, but transpiring within the same time frame. Buckle up Lemonidis - your judicial vampirism is about to be further exposed to the cleansing light of the sun .... here comes the sun... VOP Hearing In Front Of Judge Charles Crawford Recently, Mrs. Loyd filed a post conviction relief motion with the Court (see right of page -->) whereas, Loyd alleges that she did not receive a fair trial - based on several acts of judicial misconduct, incompetent counsel, and even an allegation, that the BCSO did not possess the legal authority to conclude that Loyd's report to the Florida Abuse Hotline met the statutory definition of a false report.
