March 13, 2020 |
VolusiaExposed.Com has received credible information (see right of page -->) that Circuit Judge Robin "Railroad" Lemonidis has abandoned her bid for re-election. Lemonidis was elected in 2014, and will complete her first six (6) year term at the end of this year (2020). Early last year, Judge Lemonidis submitted the necessary paperwork with the Florida Department of Elections to mount her 2020 re-election campaign. It is un-clear why Lemonidis suddenly abandoned her re-election campaign, but it could be connected to her recent public reprimand in front of the Florida Supreme Court. We further suspect, that Lemonidis is departing her judicial seat, in an attempt to avoid answering for other allegations of judicial misconduct. Investigative reporter, Dana Delaney Loyd has filed a post conviction relief motion in response to her March 2017 kangaroo trial & conviction within Lemonidis' courtroom. Within her post conviction relief motion, Loyd alleges several acts of judicial misconduct against "Railroad" Lemonidis. (it well worth the read) In August 2015, the Brevard County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) arrested Loyd, charging her with making a false report to the Florida Abuse Hotline. Loyd had written several derogatory articles, critical of the BCSO's handling of sexual abuse allegations involving a pre-teen child. |
