VolusiaExposed.Com has received credible information (see right of page -->) that Circuit Judge Robin "Railroad" Lemonidis has abandoned her bid for re-election.

Lemonidis was elected in 2014, and will complete her first six (6) year term at the end of this year (2020).

Early last year, Judge Lemonidis submitted the necessary paperwork with the Florida Department of Elections to mount her 2020 re-election campaign.

It is un-clear why Lemonidis suddenly abandoned her re-election campaign, but it could be connected to her recent public reprimand in front of the Florida Supreme Court.

We further suspect, that Lemonidis is departing her judicial seat, in an attempt to avoid answering for other allegations of judicial misconduct.

Investigative reporter, Dana Delaney Loyd has filed a post conviction relief motion in response to her March 2017 kangaroo trial & conviction within Lemonidis' courtroom.

Within her post conviction relief motion, Loyd alleges several acts of judicial misconduct against "Railroad" Lemonidis. (it well worth the read)

In August 2015, the Brevard County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) arrested Loyd, charging her with making a false report to the Florida Abuse Hotline.

Loyd had written several derogatory articles, critical of the BCSO's handling of sexual abuse allegations involving a pre-teen child.

This publication holds the OPINION that Loyd's arrest was totally a retaliatory response by the BCSO, for Loyd's "derogatory" media coverage of the BCSO, exposing their (BCSO) failures to properly investigate the child's allegations of being sexually abused by her father (click here to review child's allegations).

This publication forwards the belief that the BCSO, the State Attorney's Office, and Lemonidis colluded to insure the Loyd did not receive a fair trial. Lemonidis, then colluded with two probation officers, in the filing of a fraudulent violation of probation affidavit against her.

The word on the street (rumor), is that Old "Railroad" Lemonidis will soon be pulling a train (employed by) for Brevard Sheriff Wayne Ivey.

Stand by to stand by ....... we (VolusiaExposed.Com) are currently developing an article, that will further expose the illegal (OUR OPINION) criminal prosecutions of Loyd, and the child's mother, Aimee Casey....so there is surely more to come of this......
