OUR OPINION The False Imprisonment Of Skyler Francis Francis Was Denied A Fair Trial Due To Sustained Judicial Misconduct, So Why Does This Young Man Continue To Rot In Prison? |

VolusiaExposed.Com first highlighted our concerns regarding the Eighteenth (18th) judicial circuit's criminal prosecution of Skyler Francis within our December 21, 2018 article. Within our December 2018 article, we incorporated our December 20, 2018 "Open Letter" to the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission (JNC), in which we expressed our concerns that Judge Robin "Railroad" Lemonidis' tyrannical judicial behavior denied Mr. Francis a fair trial. Shortly thereafter, the JNC, publicly announced that they had found probable cause, in support of "Railroad" Lemonidis' judicial misconduct. Last February 5 (2020), the Florida Supreme Court publicly reprimanded Judge Lemonidis for her misconduct within Francis' trial. (see Supreme Courtroom video -->) One would imagine, that since Judge Lemonidis was verbally reprimanded for her judicial misconduct during the Francis trial, to include the biasing of the jury, that Francis would have been IMMEDIATELY granted a new trial, and a bond, releasing him from his fifteen year prison sentence, pending his new trial. Right? Well, think again, Brevard County has it own special brew of justice, and frankly, it tastes like shit! Mr. Francis continues to rot away in prison, even after it has been clearly sustained that he did not receive a fair trial. Adding insult, to injury, during a December 20, 2019 hearing, Judge Tesha "Status Quo" Ballou refused to grant Francis an appeal bond. (see Courtroom video -->) AND Demanding A Return To My "Pink Houses" America !! This reporter came of age in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Back then, the Russians were the bad guys, and America was the best country in the world - where there was "liberty and justice for all" !! Given what is transpiring today, especially, within the Brevard County justice system, I am mad as hell, and I want my America back, - the exact same America, that rocker, John Mellencamp, sang about in his song "Pink Houses". with the blood of patriots and tyrants". ~ Thomas Jefferson In Their Defense, The Questionable Prosecutions Of Dana Delaney Loyd & Aimee Casey Recently, Judge "Railroad" Lemonidis advised elections officials, that she was abandoning her 2020 re-election campaign. Word on the street, is that Old Railroad is running from other ethical complaints that have been filed against her... imagine that !! Stand by to stand by ... there is more to come of this....and yes, go ahead and Free WIFI*, but also free Skyler Francis, he deserves to be home with his daughter, Sabryna, and step-son, Devon. Until then, we shall continue to question (fight) authority... sing it Mr. Mellencamp...sing it !!!
