Suspended AGAIN For Misconduct According to the below Report of Investigation (ROI), Sgt. Vickery had several allegations of misconduct assigned to him. Some of these recent allegations (May 2013) were lodged by civilians, while other allegations were lodged by his own VCSO supervisors. We invite you to review the recently completed internal investigation - you will find allegations of threats of bodily harm to a woman, lying to a supervisor, public nudity, and drinking while operating a motor boat.
