VCSO Internal Investigation Sustains
Charges Against Telecommunicator

VolusiaExposed.Com has received a copy of the completed VCSO Internal Affairs investigation into the allegations against Ms. Justice. According to the investigative findings - administrative charges against Ms. Justice were sustained.
However, Ms. Justice had already submitted her resignation letter to Volusia County Sheriff, Ben Johnson, prior to the completion of the internal review.

Court records indicate that criminal charges are still being pursued against Ms. Justice.

Shauna Justice, a suspended Volusia County 911 operator was arrested on November 12, 2013 for pointing a hand gun at the head of WESH 2 television report, Claire Metz.

Earlier this month, VolusiaExposed.Com posted the below linked article detailing the suspension of Volusia 911 operator, Shauna Justice.

Her suspension was due to her handling of a 911 call last September, in which New Smyrna resident, Bob Hill died.

Ms. Justice's failures were partially blamed for it taking over fifteen minutes for emergency personnel to arrive on scene.
