The Volusia County Sheriff Department has completed their investigation into the response time delay associated with Mr. Bob Hill September 2013 death.

Daytona Beach News Journal linked article, New Smyrna Beach resident Bob Hill suffered and died of an apparent heart attack on September 4, 2013.
Although his friends immediately called 911, they watched helplessly as Bob died, having to wait nearly 15 minutes for emergency personnel to arrive.
