Failures in the 2012 harassment investigation?
Were some of the witnesses in the 2012 investigation
victimized by Lt. Nardiello's illegal D.A.V.I.D searches?

Obviously, there are allegations within the 2012 sexual harassment investigation, that Lt. Nardiello was engaging in inappropriate conduct with some identified women (refer to below investigative report).

However, it is noted that this investigation did NOT sustain the harassment allegations.

Further, within both part 1 and part 2 (especially part 2), of the 2013 investigative report, there are sustained allegations that Lt. Nardiello illegally accessed several women's D.A.V.I.D records.

While these women's names have been redacted in the 2013 investigative report, We (VolusiaExposed) invite our readers to compare the 2012 and 2013 investigations, and determine for yourselves whether it is possible / probable, that some of the witnesses / complainant(s) in the 2012 investigation had their D.A.V.I.D file illegally accessed by Lt. Nardiello?

If both the 2012 and 2013 investigations involved some of the same women - one must question why the VCSO did not uncover the D.A.V.I.D violations during their 2012 investigation?

Could it be that, within the VCSO, the need to win a pending election was more important in July of 2012, then it is in June of 2013? We imagine that these allegations against Lt. Nardiello would not have reflected a positive professional imagine of the VCSO.

It will be interesting whether the VCSO or State Attorney files any additional criminal charges against Nardiello regarding his D.A.V.I.D violations. Stand by to Stand by !!
