Nardiello Accepts State's Plea Bargain VolusiaExposed has received word that Nardiello pled no contest, and was sentenced to two years probation. Nardiello further paid his former home owner's association restitution, and paid court costs. The judge withheld adjudication, however, Nardiello did relinquish his law enforcement certification. VolusiaExposed finds this conclusion within established guidelines, albeit, a little on the lenient side. The State Attorney's Office has filed formal charges against Lt. Nardiello.
