THE ARREST REPORT IS FAR MORE INFORMATIVE !

VolusiaExposed.Com believes that the public should be able to read the official documents attached to these types of incidents. However, many mainstream media outlets do not post these official documents. Therefore, while you might not hear about it first on VolusiaExposed.Com, we will provide you with more information for your review.

VCSO Arrest Report

MR. HODGES
WAS A FORMER CORRECTIONS OFFICER.
TERMINATED FOR MISCONDUCT !

How did he pass the background check for another custodial position?

According to FDLE records, Corey Hodges was arrested and terminated from his employment as a corrections officer at the Tomoka State Prison, due to his alleged participation of bringing contraband into the institution. Mr. Hodges relinquished his correctional certification, in order to avoid a Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission action against him.

Obviously, the question is, how did Mr. Hodges pass a background check for his custodial position at the treatment center, when the State of Florida had taken action against him to ensure that he could never again hold a custodial position within the State prison system?

Is this another instance where FDLE dropped the ball? Or is it merely a question of the right hand not communicating with the left hand? How safe are our sons and daughters, when they are supervised by the State?
YOU DECIDE.

DID A CONFLICT OF INTEREST
INFLUENCE THE JAIL'S
RAPE INVESTIGATION?

Assistant County Attorney, Nancye Jones handles many of the litigations coming out of the Volusia County jail.

Nancye Jones' husband, VCSO Major Robert Jones, supervises the deputies that investigate possible criminal violations within the county jail.

We have concerns that several criminal investigations have been possibly manipulated, in order to reduce the County of Volusia's civil liability.

Our concern includes this particular in-custody sexual battery investigation, and the below listed situations.
