According to the below media accounts, the Volusia County Sheriff Office has arrested a Stewart-Marchman Treatment Center employee for sexually molesting a 15 year old female client.

WAS A FORMER CORRECTIONS OFFICER. TERMINATED FOR MISCONDUCT ! How did he pass the background check for another custodial position? Obviously, the question is, how did Mr. Hodges pass a background check for his custodial position at the treatment center, when the State of Florida had taken action against him to ensure that he could never again hold a custodial position within the State prison system? Is this another instance where FDLE dropped the ball? Or is it merely a question of the right hand not communicating with the left hand?
