OPT NOT TO PROSECUTE MRS. TREMBLEY ? Assistant to a Circuit Court Judge. Spouse to a well respected professional baseball coach. The State Attorney does have a documented history of dropping felony charge(s), in order to spare certain influential people embarrassment. Who here remembers the Deputy Duggan scandal? Because of Deputy Duggan's misconduct, of attempting to romance a female DUI suspect, the State Attorney's Office dropped felony charges against the suspect in order not to embarrass the VCSO and / or deputy. And yes, that is in writing - read page 2 of the below attached Duggan Investigation, conducted by the Volusia County Sheriff's Office. So, is it unrealistic for us to question whether the State Attorney office would drop a misdemeanor prosecution, in order to avoid embarrassment to influential people? See page 2 ----------> The Deputy Duggan Incident We suspect that in order to spare the Trembleys and Judge Will the embarrassment, charges will either be entirely dropped or seriously reduced. |
