Is This Just A Snap Shot Of The Corruption On Going Within The State Attorney's Office?

According to a local media outlet, the Florida Bar grievance committee has found probable cause that a Volusia County homicide prosecutor violated bar ethical rules while prosecuting a murder case.

The bar Grievance Committee found probable cause that 7th Judicial Circuit Assistant State Attorney J. Ryan Will violated several rules during the prosecution of Jerry Roy Crew.

ASA Will is the son of Circuit Court Judge Joseph G. Will.

Given that Florida Bar records indicate that ASA Will has less than 10 (ten) years of experience as a lawyer - does he have the necessary experience to be prosecuting high profile murder cases?

Are short cuts being taken, and ethical rules being violated, in order to compensate for the lack of training and experience?

VolusiaExposed has posted other articles addressing our concerns attached to the Jerry Crew prosecution, as well as addressing our additional concerns regarding ASA Will's handling of other murder prosecutions (see below attached weblinks).

We invite you, our readers, to review our earlier articles, and then to determine for yourself whether the recent probable cause finding by the Florida Bar Grievance Committee is just a quick snap shot of the probable corruption that has infected our local State Attorney's Office?
