According to the above FDLE investigation, in April 2011, the State Attorney advised the FDLE that there was no probable cause to believe that Mr. Frazier had violated the law (as detailed to the left of this web page). As far as the extortion / threat charge - the State Attorney determined that no such evidence existed in support of that charge. Ironically, in regards to the criminal charges of libel and defamation - the State Attorney documented that their review had determined that most of Mr. Frazier's article was indeed factual. We (VolusiaExposed) have reviewed Mr. Frazier's article, and are left wondering why the FDLE or the State Attorney did not criminally investigate some of those allegations, such as the sheriff's illegal tampering with a grand jury investigating corruption within the SCSO (see letter to Sgt. Michael Jay Laney - for particulars)? Could it possibly be because these watch dog sites seek the truth, and the truth is what the sheriff and FDLE would like to bury? that got Jeff Frazier investigated by the FDLE Direct web link to the Sgt. Why does FDLE attempt to arrest these watch dogs, instead of investigating their concerns?

Obviously, we here at VolusiaExposed.Com wonder whether we too have been "investigated" by the almighty FDLE.
After all, we have done nothing but beg them to investigate many of our concerns regarding law enforcement in Volusia County. In fact, we were recently VERY critical about THEIR (FDLE) failures to investigate whether their own employee, Laura Barfield had violated Florida State criminal statutes by purchasing Carribean cruises, and other items on her government assigned credit card. VX's Article on Laura Barfield VolusiaExposed.Com is currently researching whether, we and other watchdogs websites have been politically targeted by local law enforcement, or state officials. We will let you know what we find out.
