THE NAZIFICATION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT
Were the actions of the SCSO and FDLE unconstitutional?
Does the FDLE need to be re-schooled on the U.S. Constitution
in the particular, in the U.S. Bill of Rights?

Where the Truth is considered a crime
VX's October 2011 article
We have now been advised, that unknown until recently, the operator of SeminoleWatch (formerly known as DonEslinger.Com), Jeff Frazier was under an official seven month long criminal investigation regarding one of his articles about the SCSO.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement conducted this detailed investigation from late 2010 to early spring of 2011.
We invite you to read the FDLE's official investigation in the scroll down menu to the right, or you can download it in PDF format at the below web link.

State Attorney Letter to FDLE
YOU DONT MESS AROUND WITH JIM
OF JEFF FRAZIER
According to the above FDLE investigation, in April 2011, the State Attorney advised the FDLE that there was no probable cause to believe that Mr. Frazier had violated the law (as detailed to the left of this web page).
As far as the extortion / threat charge - the State Attorney determined that no such evidence existed in support of that charge.
Ironically, in regards to the criminal charges of libel and defamation - the State Attorney documented that their review had determined that most of Mr. Frazier's article was indeed factual.
We (VolusiaExposed) have reviewed Mr. Frazier's article, and are left wondering why the FDLE or the State Attorney did not criminally investigate some of those allegations, such as the sheriff's illegal tampering with a grand jury investigating corruption within the SCSO (see letter to Sgt. Michael Jay Laney - for particulars)?
Could it possibly be because these watch dog sites seek the truth, and the truth is what the sheriff and FDLE would like to bury?
that got Jeff Frazier investigated by the FDLE

Obviously, we here at VolusiaExposed.Com wonder whether we too have been "investigated" by the almighty FDLE.
After all, we have done nothing but beg them to investigate many of our concerns regarding law enforcement in Volusia County.
In fact, we were recently VERY critical about THEIR (FDLE) failures to investigate whether their own employee, Laura Barfield had violated Florida State criminal statutes by purchasing Carribean cruises, and other items on her government assigned credit card.

VolusiaExposed.Com is currently researching whether, we and other watchdogs websites have been politically targeted by local law enforcement, or state officials. We will let you know what we find out.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances".
Professionalism at it's best - Don't ya think?
Stare deep into Sheriff Eslinger's eyes.
Can you too, imagine that the middle finger is directed at you, a citizen of Central Florida?
If you found this article to be thought provoking, we (VolusiaExposed.Com) invite you to review, the below linked, Special Investigative Report, exposing law enforcement corruption with the State of Florida.

VCSO Press Releases
The VCSO issued a press release on the Stewart-Marchman molestation incident - but did not issue a press release of a jail rape - why not?

INFLUENCE THE JAIL'S
Nancye Jones' husband, VCSO Major Robert Jones, supervises the deputies that investigate possible criminal violations within the county jail.
We have concerns that several criminal investigations have been possibly manipulated, in order to reduce the County of Volusia's civil liability.
Our concern includes this particular in-custody sexual battery investigation, and the below listed situations.
We invite you to review our concerns.
