Since When Is The U.S. Bill Of Rights A Terrorist Manifesto?
Recently, VolusiaExposed became aware of an apparent law enforcement investigation against a Central Florida Photojournalist.
According to the below linked PhotographyIsNotACrime.Com (PINAC) article, the Fusion cops are apparently investigating Photojournalist, Jeff Gray.  Jeff Gray is best known for his participation in the expose` website PhotographyIsNotACrime.Com (PINAC), and for his YouTube account of HonorYourOath. One of Jeff's particular interest is insuring the public's right to video tape government employees (mainly police officers) doing (or not doing) their jobs! Jeff also uses his video cameras to insure the rights of the public (you and me) in obtaining public records from government officials. Much of Jeff's activities are to the absolute dislike of government officials. This can be clearly seen in his videos, as posted in the above mentioned web links. |

What Is Their Purpose?
And Why Do They Have An Interest In Jeff Gray?
As stated in the above FDLE link (see upper right of this webpage) - the Fusion Center is a collaborative effort between state and federal law enforcement authorities to identify criminal / terrorist activities.
The Fusion Cops are a direct result of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. They (Fusion Cops) were created under the logic that it was necessary to create a better flow of information between state and federal law enforcement agencies. Sounds good, right?
In Florida, the Fusion Cops are centrally located within the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. (see under right side of this web page for further details)

VolusiaExposed suspects the that Fusion Cops are more of a collective of rogue officers, similar to the Borg from the Star Trek television series, than they are a collaborative law enforcement effort to insure public safety.

So ask yourself these questions, if the Fusion Center (Fusion Cops) were created to identify criminal and terrorist activities - and since they appear to have an intelligence file on Jeff Gray - do they see his actions of encouraging people to "flex" their U.S. Constitutional Rights, as an act of terrorism?
VolusiaExposed.Com appreciates that many police officers / and government employees feel intimidated by citizens that are aware of their rights. BUT such self instilled intimidation does NOT equate to labelling that citizen as a terrorist.
From what we have read - the Fusion Fuzz (AKA Borg) have twice tried to assimilate (arrest) Gray into their collective (criminal justice system). Each time Gray has proven that resistance is NOT futile !!
The "Jeff Grays" Of The World Are Not Threats To Public Safety,
Rather They Are ONLY Threats To Corrupt Law Enforcement / Government Fiefdoms.
These Fusion Centers Endanger The Civil Liberties Of The Citizens They Are Sworn To Protect.
In 2012, the U.S. Senate concluded a two year investigation into the effectiveness of these Fusion Centers. According to the Senate web page, they determined that the Fusion Centers were highly ineffective, were a waste of federal funding, and most disturbing - that their (Fusion Centers) actions often were invasive to the civil rights of citizens. In short - the Fusion Fuzz have become the terrorists - the exact individuals, that they were sworn to protect us (citizens) from.
VolusiaExposed.Com appreciates that many police officers / and government employees feel intimidated by citizens that are aware of their rights. BUT such self instilled intimidation does NOT equate to labelling that citizen as a terrorist.

Law Enforcement It's Nothing New !
Florida law enforcement agencies over reaching their law enforcement authorities to harass their critics is by no stretch of the imagination - a new thing.
