Was The George Zimmerman Prosecution Just A Dog And Pony, Show Trial?

Dr. Shiping Bao, the Volusia County Medical Examiner that conducted the Trayvon Martin autopsy has been fired by Volusia County officials.

Media accounts support that Dr. Bao has countered with preparing a $100 million lawsuit against Volusia County officials.

Trayvon Martin Got What He Deserved ?

According to the attached WFTV Channel 9 video report, Dr. Bao's attorney is alleging that the police, medical examiner's office and State Attorney's Office were biased against Trayvon Martin.

Dr. Bao's attorney further alleged that the State Attorney's office purposely threw their case against George Zimmerman, because of their bias of Trayvon Martin.

The Termination Letter
And Dr. Bao's Response

Why Was Dr. Bao Terminated?

For your convenience, VolusiaExposed has provided our readers with the county's termination letter, as well as Dr. Bao's response (via his attorney).

Upon your review you will notice that Volusia County failed to give their rationale in terminating Dr. Bao's employment.

VolusiaExposed is of the opinion, that not only is Dr. Bao entitled to know why he is being termination, so are the citizens of Volusia County.

So much for transparency within Volusia County Government.

Are We Clairvoyant ?

Volusia County Spokesperson, Dave Byron Referred To VX As Clairvoyant.

In early 2012, within weeks of the Trayvon Martin shooting, and prior to the arrest of George Zimmerman, VolusiaExposed was questioning some of the inconsistencies attached to the Martin autopsy.

In an April 4, 2012 email (see right of page), Volusia County Spokesperson, Dave Byron stated that we (VolusiaExposed) must be clairvoyant in regards to our concerns of inconsistencies in the Trayvon Martin autopsy.

While Mr. Byron was correct that the investigation into Martin's death was still on going, Martin's autopsy, conducted by Volusia County, was available for review.

While Sanford Police and State Attorney Angela Cory was assuring the public that Mr. Martin's death was being handled as a homicide from the very beginning - the autopsy report was indicating differently.

Our Concerns Regarding The Martin Autopsy
Why Wasn't Law Enforcement Present?

In our early 2012 article, we expressed our concerns that Sanford PD had not attended the Trayvon Martin autopsy. Most police departments will by policy or practice, attend the autopsy of a known homicide victim. In fact our research, supports that the Sanford police also have a history of attending these autopsies.

So why didn't anyone attend Dr. Bao's autopsy of Trayvon Martin ?

We believe such was of great significance when we asked the question in early 2012 - but now given Dr. Bao's allegations, the answer to that question is even more relevant, because it suggests that the police were NOT handling Mr. Martin's death as a homicide. This being consistent with Dr. Bao's allegations.

Clairvoyance

Many of our older readers (sorry), may remember Johnny Carson's The Tonight Show character, Carnac The Magnificent.

While Volusia County Spokesperson, Dave Byron may believe that we (VolusiaExposed) are clairvoyant like Carnac the Magnificent, this is not the case. Rather, VolusiaExposed has employed a Dr. Phil philosophy in our predictions of the actions of Volusia County officials.
