"It is the spirit and not the form of law that keeps justice alive." - Earl Warren

Last month - the Daytona Beach News-Journal published an article detailing the recently filed lawsuit of Circuit Court Judge David Hood - to have his political opponent, and local defense attorney A. Kathleen McNeilly, removed for the ballot.

There is no need for us (VolusiaExposed) to repeat the concerns and allegations raised in the Hood lawsuit - the DBNJ published an excellent article on it - and we (VolusiaExposed) have provided the entire Hood lawsuit for your review in the attached scroll box. ----->

What we (VolusiaExposed) do encourage you to read is our below series of articles - in which we question whether our government officials are attempting to quietly circumvent the entire judicial election process. Sadly - several criminal justice practitioners (to include judges) - believe that citizens are unqualified to select their own judges. In our OPINION - this is a very dangerous slippery slope.

Our understanding is that Attorney Mcneilly will soon be responding to Judge Hood's lawsuit --- so stand by to stand by -- more to come soon.
