A Judicial Conflict Of Interest For Daddy? In a recent Daytona Beach News Journal article, Daytona Beach City Commission Candidate Steven Miller alleged that Circuit Court Judge William Parsons possibly held a conflict of interest bias in the judge's decision in removing Miller from the ballot for the up coming November election. Apparently, Judge Parsons' daughter - Kelly Parsons Kwiatek and Miller's political opponent - Kelly White are business associates and musical bandmates, aside from being longtime friends. The website - TwoTrebledgals.Com appears to verify some of Miller's concerns / allegations. We invite you to review the attached Daytona Beach News Journal article on this developing situation --> According to the DBNJ article, Mr. Miller's attorney Michael Slick was aware of the relationship between Kelly Kwiatek and Kelly White - but did not perceive it to be a possible conflict of interest, and further did not apparently advise his client, Mr. Miller of his knowledge of the relationship. (Note to self - don't ever hire Attorney Michael Slick) |

We invite you to read our earlier articles in which we express conflict of interest concerns regarding the criminal prosecutions of Luis Toledo, Ray Greenlaw and Wayne Greenlaw. Regardless of what you may think of these men - they deserve a fair and unbias trial, because if they don't get one, neither will you ! (Click Below Image To Review Earlier Articles) |
