CRIMINAL PREDICATE Since our inception in March 2010, VolusiaExposed.Com has been trying to have the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate what we perceive to be corruption within the Volusia County Department of Public Protection. These allegations include, but are in no way limited to sexual assaults by law enforcment officers and the falsification of records involving in-custody deaths. Most of these concerns have been incorporated into articles posted on VolusiaExposed.Com. Apparently, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement could not find any "criminal predicate" to arrest Ms. Barfield, in the same manner they could not find any criminal predicate to investigate our concerns. Frankly, we suspect that a predicate exists to support that, for the most part, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement is a criminal enterprise, financed on taxpayer's dollars. |
