Ormond Beach Police Chief's Son Arrested For DUI |

Some authorities regard police perjury as so rampant that it can be considered a "subcultural norm rather than an individual aberration" of police officers."

A recent media report, along with the attached Volusia County Sheriff Department incident report - seems to verify that the VCSO arrested the son of Ormond Beach Police Chief Henry Osterkamp under the charge of DUI. Our opinion - don't expect this case to take up too much of our State Attorney's time. Actually, we (VolusiaExposed) are comforted by the apparent fact that the VCSO still knows how to conduct DUI investigations. We were a little worried that they had forgotten how to conduct such investigations - given the recent incident involving one of their own, former VCSO Sgt. Ken Vickery.
