Denied Immediate Law Enforcement & Medical Assistance According to the attached Sheriff department arrest report, and a local media article - recently, a young local woman was kidnapped, and held for hours, as she was forced to drive her captor around town, while she was threatened with being sexually assaulted. Luckily, she was able to escape her captor and was able to make contact with a Volusia County 911 operator. However, her luck kinda ran out, regarding being able to get immediate law enforcement and medical attention.
