In Deltona's City Hall

On April 22, 2021 - Jeffrey and Tammy Stuck arrived at City Hall to attend a meeting of the Deltona Code Enforcement hearing. (see video to right of page -->)

Volusia County Sheriff Deputy William Thomas was maintaining security for this meeting. He was processing people through the assigned metal detector.

Jeffrey Stuck processed through the metal detector with no concerns. However, the metal detector alerted when Tammy Stuck attempted to go through.

Only then did Mrs. Stuck mention that she had a metal brace on her leg. Apparently Deputy Thomas asked, and gained permission, to pat down Stuck's leg in order to feel the brace. At which time Mr. Stuck advised Deputy Thomas not to touch his spouse.

Deputy Thomas Is Owed Several Apologies

We have reviewed the video several times - and we found Deputy Thomas' actions to be both reasonable and professional.

City officials, as well as Mr. and Mrs. Stuck all owe Deputy Thomas an apology. The man was just doing his job.

Mrs. Stuck - You Are Incorrect

Mrs. Stuck is incorrect - the metal detector must remain. Volusia County does not need a repeat of what occurred on . During a council meeting - a gunman shot and killed five (5) people over a property / code enforcement issue.

Mrs. Stuck - sorry for your inconvenience - but welcome to 21th century security concerns - we suggest you quickly become accustomed to them. Get well soon (broken leg and all).

Mr. Stuck - You Can Do Better

Mr. Stuck - please in the future - use the manners that we suspect your mother gave you. Deputy Thomas is not an "ass hat", nor is he a "degenerate pervert" - rather he was just doing his job keeping your "ass" safe.

WTF - Criminal Charges?

VolusiaExposed.Com has reviewed - as well as reviewing her videoed statements in front of the Deltona assembly.

In our OPINION - . However, we would disagree with Mrs. Stuck that the touching was in any way inappropriate - as she apparently opined within her written complaint.

Mrs. Stuck made a verbal statement (video recorded) to the Deltona assembly, that Deputy Thomas placed his hands (emphasis added to the plural "hands") "between my legs". That statement appears to be incorrect - however, we are not sure whether this unsworn verbal statement would equate to the intentional criminal violation of providing a false statement.

More concerning to us is the AND on the incident.

In our OPINION - the filed criminal affidavit against Mrs. Stuck is more about sending a "wake up call" to the Deltona City Commission, AND holding Mrs. Stuck accountable for statements / actions made by her spouse - then it is about - any alleged and intentional false statements made solely by Mrs. Stuck.

While Mrs. Stuck's comments were inappropriate - and she does owe Deputy Thomas an apology - it is our OPINION that any criminal prosecution of Mrs. Stuck is as, if not more - inappropriate.

VolusiaExposed.Com has seen this type of law enforcement over-reach before. AND both come to mind.

Neither, turned out well for the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
