NOT A Recent Phenomena

Last December (2015) the Florida Supreme Court reprimanded Assistant State Attorney J.Ryan Will for some inappropriate statements and legal arguments he made during the Jerry Crew prosecution.

Crew was granted a new trial due to ASA Will's misconduct - but due to health concerns - Crew took a plea offer that allowed him to be released, time served, on a reduced charge.

We (VolusiaExposed.Com) invite you to review the most recent (January 2016) 5th DCA decision (Panchoo vs. State of Florida) regarding similar concerns within State Attorney R.J. Larizza's office. (see scroll box -->)

We submit the opinion - that given the level, and the number of 5th DCA citations memorializing ethical concerns attached to the local State Attorney's office (more than just Crew & Panchoo) - that the public should be giving serious consideration to finding a new State Attorney during the 2016 election cycle.
