Curtail Sexual Slavery, Maybe They Need To Look Within Their Own Ranks Is There Too Much Tolerence For Officer Misconduct?
According to a recent U.S. Department of Justice Investigative Report, sexual misconduct within one Alabama women's prison was so rampant between male prison guards and female inmates, that over a third of the prison guards are suspected of engaging in sexual misconduct.
The report further alleged that such misconduct has gone on for decades within the 900 plus inmate facility, with apparent knowledge of the facility's administrators. |
