Gloria Simmons On July 30, 2013 Gloria Simmons of Ponte Vedra, Florida attempted to file a criminal complaint with the St. John's County Sheriff Department. Her complaint centered around a disagreement she was having with the management of her rental community, a place she had resided for nine years. Apparently, the jury decided to believe their lying eyes - according to court records, on May 29, 2014, the jury found Gloria Simmons NOT guilty on both counts. We respect Gloria's abilities to take this all the way to a jury - YOU GO GIRL !
Upon reviewing Simmons blog entry - we suspect that you will run across some other questionable circumstances, like one of the deputies also being a security guard at Simmon's apartment complex. Conflict of interest?
Also, SJSO Deputy Jeremy Banks apparent involvement in Simmon's SJSO tribulations. Our readers might remember Deputy Banks' name from one of our previous articles, regarding the alleged suicide of Deputy Banks' girlfriend, Michelle O'Connell.
