According to a recent Fifth District Court Of Appeals ruling Seminole County Circuit Court
Judge Linda D. Schoonover has been chastised by the court for allowing her FaceBook activities to sway her rulings.
Additionally, according to a WFTV video article, there are indicators that Judge Schoonover has other occurrences of allowing her social media activities to sway her judicial rulings. |
