On October 23, 2013, Jeffery Gray from
PhotographyIsNotACrime.Com apparently was assimilated by the Borg (Star Trek fans will understand) - AKA, the Brevard County Sheriff Department.
We half jokingly state that Mr. Gray was assimilated by the BCSO, due to the arresting deputy's statement that "Resistance (will be) futile" (listen to 7:07 minutes into Mr. Gray's video) |

We invite you to review both Mr. Gray's video, as well as the WKMG Channel 6 video report regarding Mr. Gray's arrest (assimilation).
What do you think, should Mr. Gray have been arrested? Wonder why the BCSO is reviewing the arrest - maybe they are having second thoughts? Is the U.S. Constitution getting in the way again guys (The Borg / BCSO) ? Which concerns the police more - a suspect with a firearm, or a citizen with a video camera? |

VolusiaExposed.Com has secured and incorporated the arresting deputy's charging affidavit within our article. Interestingly, according to the Channel 6 web report - the arresting deputy's name was redacted, due to his current assignment to the "GameOver Task Force". However, according to a public court data base - the charging officer was a Brian Stoll (see attached PDF file - scroll box to right of page). I think it's time to start rescuing our law enforcement agencies from the Borg Collective - what say you?  |
