According to a recently obtained , Cpl. Michael Stavris of the Bunnell PD was arrested late Tuesday (March 25, 2014) by FDLE agents under the charges of child exploitation and possession of child porn.

It's only been a week, since FDLE agents arrested for downloading and possessing child porn. Surely, it can't get any worse - right? But, if you have taken the time to review the charges against Cpl. Stavris, you now should realize, that it has just gotten worse.

In our opinion, the failures are located within two locations. FDLE / CJSTC and each individual department.

Wow - that was easily said - but the explanation if far more complex - therefore, this will be further discussed within a future article.

HINT - it's not that we need more laws regarding officer moral character issues - rather we need more enforcement of those laws - by the very people that we trust to enforce the law.
