According to a recently published Daytona Beach News Journal article, Deltona City Manager, Jane Shang entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with the local State Attorney's office to avoid facing a criminal prosecution attached to allegations of voter fraud.

The conditions of the deferred prosecution agreement included Shang paying over $5000.00 in investigative and prosecution costs, as well as doing 100 hours of community service.

We invite you to read the DBNJ article on the matter, as well as reviewing the attached FDLE investigation and deferred prosecution agreement (see right of page). --->
