The Seventh Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) will be convening on September 24-25th in St. Augustine to fill a circuit judicial vacancy resulting from the appointment of Judge Carlos E. Mendoza to the federal bench.

The JNC will conduct interviews of all thirty-one (31) applicants over the two day period, and will select nominees (usually 3-5) to be forwarded to Governor Rick Scott for his selection for a judicial appointment.

The interviews will be conducted within the St. Augustine City Hall located at 75 King Street, and will start at 9 A.M..

Public attendance is welcomed and encouraged.
