As was previously covered within a - Volusia County Paramedic Amy Sherlock submitted her December 4, 2018 resignation via email.

It was alleged that Sherlock had collected nude photos of some of her co-workers - and was keeping these photos as "insurance" - if it ever became necessary to use them as "blackmail" in order to avoid any type of disciplinary action.

This publication has obtained (via a public records request) a copy of the investigative report generated in this matter.

While this publication received a to redact the names of the women mentioned in the . Our decision to post the unredacted was based on several factors.

1. The report is a public record - easily obtainable by the public.

2. Mr. Chip Maher's name has already been mentioned in the press.

3. The apparent facts surrounding how the photos came into existence (selfies / authorized by person in photo)
