Why was the Volusia County Division of Corrections uniform patch used in a jail sex slave skin flick?
Is this an example of art imitating life?

"It depends on what the meaning of the word "IS" is"- U.S. President - Bill Clinton
VolusiaExposed.Com thought we had seen it all - when the Volusia County Sheriff Department (VCSO) participated in the Larry The Cable Guy's show - "Only in America".
Now VolusiaExposed.Com has been advised that the Volusia County Division of Corrections (VCDC) has out done the VCSO by making their Hollywood debut in a jail sex slave skin flick. Apparently VCDC's uniform patches were used in this movie, which details jail corruption, sex slavery and the brutalization of women. The 2009 movie is called "Sugar Boxx". It details the corruption of the guards at "Sugar State Prison" within Volusia County, Florida. (see pics below)
VolusiaExposed.Com is left wondering whether this situation is - Art imitating life? VCDC / VCDDP does have some what of a colorful history involving sex scandals.
We find it somewhat ironic that this movie, detailing sexual abuse of jail inmates, would choose to use the uniform patch of the Volusia County Department of Corrections.
Did Volusia County officials authorize their patch to be used?
If they did not authorize the usage of their patch, did VCDC conduct an investigation into how the movie producers were able to secure these patches, or do they even know or care?
