"All the rights secured to the citizens under the Constitution are worth nothing, and a mere bubble, except guaranteed to them by an independent and virtuous Judiciary." ~ Andrew Jackson

According to an April 16, 2019 court document, the State Attorney has opted NOT to prosecute Volusia County Jail Sgt. Nathan Buckley for domestic violence. Please refer to our below attached earlier article regarding Sgt. Buckley's arrest.

----------END OF UPDATED REPORT----------

According to a recently filed arrest report (see right of page) Volusia County jail Sergeant Nathan Buckley was arrested earlier this month, charged with domestic violence by the Edgewater Police Department. -->

Just last February, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office arrested Volusia County Jail Lieutenant Jason Johnson for domestic violence.

Last month (March 2019), the State Attorney's Office opted not to prosecute Lt. Johnson. Charges are still pending against Sgt. Buckley, so stand by to stand by.....there is surely more to come of this......

* The arrest report was redacted by VolusiaExposed.Com - in support of officer safety issues.

VolusiaExposed.Com sent an email inquiry to county officials attempting to ascertain Sgt. Buckley's current employment status. As of the publication of this article, the county had NOT responded to our inquiry.

We look forward to your comments on this situation.
