During a January 5, 2023 court hearing (see video - right of page ->) - Ms. Jackson made a verbal argument to Judge Elizabeth Blackburn stating her desire to terminate the client-attorney relationship with her two court appointed public defenders - Larry Avallone and Jessica Roberts.

After hearing Ms. Jackson's verbal arguments - and requiring Jackson to surrender her privileged work product to the Court - ie., her oral argument written case notes (click here to review) - Judge Blackburn promptly denied Jackson's request to dismiss Avallone and Roberts.

Nicole Jackson's January 5, 2023 Court Hearing
Court records indicate that on January 20, 2023 - Ms. Jackson filed a written motion to the Court requesting that the Court reconsider her request to dismiss Avallone and Roberts.

From our (VolusiaExposed.Com) understanding of the matter - apparently, Ms. Jackson is not satisifed with how these same attorneys have handled her third degree felony case out of Flagler County - and therefore, she has concerns about their abilities to properly represent her - in her felony case out of Volusia County which carries a possible life sentence.

Judge Blackburn has scheduled a hearing on this matter for January 27, 2023 @ 9 AM.

.....stand by to stand by .... there is surely more to come of this....
