Brevard Circuit Judge David Dugan Alleges Email Threat To Judicial Assistant Read The Alleged Threat And Decide For Yourself |
March 1, 2018 |
VolusiaExposed.Com first became aware of Daniel Biro via our coverage of Brevard County. He is connected to the website BrevardCorruptionWatch.Com and it's associate Facebook site. To be honest - we (VolusiaExposed.Com) don't enjoy a detailed understanding of Mr. Biro's legal difficulties with Brevard County. But here is what we highly suspect - that like in the Dana Delaney Loyd case - Brevard County officials are also railroading Mr. Biro. Both Biro and Loyd are associated with websites that exposes local government corruption - and the corrupt forces are not happy about the exposure. Recently State Representative Randy Fine announced his opinion that Brevard County is awash with political corruption. |
Apparently - Mr. Biro has been corresponding with Judge Dugan's judicial assistant regarding his pending legal matters. It's been alleged that on February 26, 2018 - Mr. Biro sent the judicial assistant the following email (see scrollbox - top right of page).
According to Judge Dugan's filed Order (see scrollbox - top right of page) - Judge Dugan has determined that Mr. Biro's alleged statement of "The actual truth is a powerful thing Monica, that never rests, never stops, and always eventually comes out. Where will you be when the cards fall...." is a threat of "physical violence" towards his judicial assistant. We leave it to you - our readers - to determine if that comment equates to a threat of physical violence. First, we would ask you to read the email in it's entirety - AND then consider three quotes by our second, third and forty-fifth Presidents of these United States of America. "Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passion, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence." ~ John Adams "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants" ~ Thomas Jefferson "Fake news, folks, fake news.." ~ Donald J. Trump Need we say more....? One final thought: Since Judge Dugan has already apparently determined Biro's guilt - can the 18th Circuit State Attorney's Office (SAO) - or for that matter - the local sheriff's office (BCSO) make a fair and impartial review of the allegation? Surely one of the goals of both the SAO and BCSO is to maintain an open channel with their judges. One can only imagine how Judge Dugan may react if the SAO and the BCSO opted not to file charges against Mr. Biro. |
