In February 2011 an incident transpired in downtown Orlando. It has been alleged that a OPD officer used excessive force against a 19 year old college student. Further, that the officer lied in an arrest report filed on the student.
We invite you to review the local media accounts on this incident. Ask yourself this, is this just another example of how officers can use excessive force and lie in their reports, knowing that the State Attorney and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement will NOT hold them accountable?
