UPDATE January 7, 2011 --Apparently Mr. Voges was replaced by Governor Crist on December 30, 2010. Mr. Voges' term was scheduled to expire in 2010, so his departure is not usual. In fact, at least two other JNC Commissioners were scheduled to depart or be reappointed in December 2010. Therefore, VolusiaExposed will await the new assignments within the JNC and once a Chariman has been selected and identified, we shall approach that individual to insure that we are kept in the PSA / Press release loop.

Realizing the importance of having a credible judicial nominating process, VolusiaExposed has decided to keep the Seventh Judicial Nominating Commission on our review radar. Accordingly, we have placed the chairman of the JNC on notice that VolusiaExposed.Com requests that we be placed on the JNC's list of entities to be contacted with future public service announcements and press releases.
