According to a recent media release from Governor Rick Scott's office, Assistant State Attorney Christopher Ferebee has been appointed to the circuit court bench within the 7th Judicial Circuit. Judge Ferebee was one of six nominees sent to Governor Scott by the 7th Judicial Circuit's Nominating Commission. This publication attended and video recorded the Judicial Nominating Commission's interviews. The interviews and judicial applications of all six judicial nominees are available within our August 31, 2018 article. Ferebee fills the vacancy created by the removal of Judge Scott DuPont
