According to a recent Florida Bar press release, the 5th District Court Of Appeal, Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) has received seventeen (17) applications to fill the judicial seat left open due to Judge Wendy Berger's recent appointment to the U.S. District Court For The Middle District Of Florida. According to received information, the JNC will conduct these judicial interviews at the Fifth DCA, 300 South Beach Street, Daytona Beach, Florida on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., and on Thursday, September 12, 2019 from 9 A.M. to 11:40 A.M..
