“You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is like an ocean;
if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.”

Mahatma Gandhi

According to a CBS NEWS account - the Brevard State Attorney's office will NOT be filing criminal charges against a group of teenagers - five boys age 14-16 - that mocked a drowning man.

Instead of calling 911 - the teens video recorded the man's drowning.

Apparently - it is not a crime in the State of Florida - to mock a drowning man - or for failing to call 911 - in order to secure the man some life saving assistance.

32 year old Jamel Dunn's body was recovered five days later on July 14 - after his girl friend reported him missing.

WTF is wrong with the world today?

UPDATE: Just prior to posting this article - VolusiaExposed.Com was made aware that the State Attorney will be charging the teenagers with the misdemeanor charge of failing to report a death.
