Here are two cases where FDLE finds a "criminal predicate" to open an investigation

Recently FDLE staff (Chief Inspector Mark Perez) responded to our requests to investigate possible corruption within the Volusia County Department of Public Protection. In the below April 21, 2010 email Mr. Perez appears to state that none of the possible corruption has a "criminal predicate" to open an FDLE investigation.
We decided since FDLE would not investigate VCDPP, we would investigate what types of cases FDLE staff have investigated recently that had a "criminal predicate". Here is what we found.
An contractual Department of Children and Families Services employee was arrested for falsifying safety rounds with the children assigned to his case load. We find it interesting how this DCF case worker can allegedly falsify his safety rounds and there be a "criminal predicate", but correctional officers apparently engage in similar falsification in their safety rounds on Volusia County Jail Inmates Nelson and Veira and no criminal predicate exist. How is that possible? Wonder how soon it will be before FDLE closes down this below web link?
Finally, Mr. Perez found enough "criminal predicate" to investigate Florida Congressman Foley for allegedly engaging in inappropriate "encounters" with his male congressional pages. How did that "Easter Bunny of a Hunt" case come out? Any charges or convictions here Mr. Perez? How did it feel to rub elbows with the Washington D.C. big wheels? Did it help to advance your career?
UPDATE -- In 2007 an FDLE Agent apparently received an anonymous allegation on his cell phone in regards to alleged misconduct of the Okaloosa County tax collector. The initial allegation was that this tax collector had used his county issued vehicle to attend an out of county funeral. We will let the reader read the other allegations as they expand - some of the allegations are actually humorous, like the "cooking show" connection" (cookin-gate) - we here at VolusiaExposed.Com are left rolling in the aisles laughing at FDLE, that this "anonymously reported" circus of a case actually surpassed their alleged "criminal predicate" bar - while the Volusia County inmate death falsification allegations that are supported by documentation apparently can not surpass FDLE's "criminal predicate" litmus test.
Please take the time to read the below Hughes investigation - it's has more laughs in it than a re-run of the Benny Hill Show. Notice that the FDLE Agent that received the anonymous allegation was related to the decedent in the funeral. Also notice how Mr. Perez referred this matter to the local State Attorney. LOL - it's really unbelievable - if we hadn't read it ourselves, we would have not believed it. People - remember - this is the Number ONE law enforcement agency for the Great State of Florida !!
Mr. Perez - maybe we here at VolusiaExposed.Com should just make a public records request for Special Agent Michael Giddens cell phone number and leave an anonymous message on his phone. Would "your agency" then consider investigating our concerns? -- LOL -- absolutely unbelievable !! You sir, have been put on notice of our concerns (and supportive evidence)- and such has been memorialized on this site.
We are left wondering, did Mr Nelson's death go under investigated because he was a homeless person? Did Tracy Viera's death go under investigated because she had an addiction problem? We are unsure - we leave it to the readers to draw their own conclusions - we also invite you to do some additional research on what cases FDLE staff decide to investigate.
