POLITICAL PROSECUTIONS OVER HONEST POLICING, A RECKONING APPROACHES BREVARD COUNTY

Last April (2021) - Mr. Norman a retired Brevard County Parks & Recreation Department employee plead to ten counts of possessing child porn.

Avoiding a prison sentence within his sweet plea deal with the State Attorney's office, Norman was merely looking at serving his criminal probation sentence within the convenience of his Rockledge retirement home.

However, upon his first visit by his probation officer - Norman was surprised to learn that he could no longer reside in his retirement home, due to the fact that his home was within a 1000 feet of a county park (Riverwalk Park, Rockledge).

The Brevard County Parks & Recreation Department has . Further, the Internet website lists the Riverwalk Park as "kid friendly". (see upper right column of article for screen shots)

But, then again this is Brevard County - where law enforcement & judicial officials rountinely bend and break the laws of Florida in order to obtain their "special brand" of Brevard justice. Here are a few quick examples of Brevard officials "bending and breaking" the law - in order to serve up their Brevard County brand of justice:

1. The local sheriff's office within the confines of the Brevard County jail.

Imagine allowing to "self-investigate" whether he had kidnapped, tortured and murdered several women.

2. Allowing the sheriff's office to investigate whether - all the while, the widow has an active wrongful death lawsuit against the sheriff's office regarding her husband's homicide.

3. Allowing the sheriff's office to investigate media reporter Dana Loyd, - on whether Loyd had made a "false call" to the Florida Abuse Hotline.

Florida law (Chapter 39 Florida Statues) clearly dictates that the Florida Department Of Children & Families (DCF) determines the validity of all reports of child abuse. DCF has twice advised this publication (April 2016 email & May 2019 email) that they (DCF) never determined that Loyd's hotline call was a factual "false report".
